401(k) Retirement Plan

Our 401(K) plan enables employees to set aside pre-tax money to be invested for retirement. Employer match is 50% of contributions on the first 6% deferred.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We all need time away. Our generous benefit increases for Full Time Status and length of service. FT Employees in their 1st-4th years accrue 3 weeks per year.


Full time employees working 35+ hours a week receive 7 recognized holidays off.

Community Time Off (CTO) Monticello Gives Back

Monticello encourages employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within our surrounding communities. Monticello Gives Back is available to all full-time employees who have completed their trial employment period. Employees may take up to 8 hours of paid time off once every 12 months to participate in a volunteer program of their choice. Employees must request approval in advance from their manager and Human Resources.

Leaves of Absence

Whether you take extended time off for military service or to stay at home and bond with a newborn, or to care for yourself or a loved one, Monticello provides eligible employees with various leave options. Certain conditions apply based on type of leave.
