Dr. Brian Hickey
Brian has over 20 years of experience in healthcare facility operations. His visionary leadership has allowed him to successfully develop and manage more than 30 healthcare providers, including surgical hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, physical therapy centers, pain management clinics, as well as physician practices throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Consistently recognized as an accomplished and tenacious entrepreneur, Brian has an unwavering dedication to the healthcare community he serves. He has been practicing chiropractic care and applied kinesiology for over two decades. He has worked with individual athletes, as well as professional, Olympic, and collegiate teams. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. In addition, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Siena College in New York.
Chief Operating Officer
Associated with the healthcare industry since 2002, Mike brings a strong background of leadership, management, and financial stewardship to the company. His extensive knowledge and previous success in corporate operations is an ideal combination to further Monticello’s evolution in the health care industry. Mike previously worked at Select Health Services as Director of Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Operations, a role where he directed financial and business operations, expanded the organization, and cultivated a stronger organizational culture focused on patient outcomes, employee growth, and physician engagement. Mike has also worked within the Texas Health Resources hospital system in roles as Business Office Director and Business Operations Director. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Mgmt.
April manages all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient admissions to finalizing accounts receivable. She also serves as a member of the project development team, assisting in forecasting and projections. April brings over twenty-five years of experience in multiple areas of the medical industry including family practice, physical and occupational therapy, diagnostic imaging, and general surgery.
Senior Director of Operations
Ashley is an experienced healthcare leader with over two decades of patient care, business development, and operational experience. Her specialties include outpatient imaging and physical therapy centers, focusing on strategic planning and operational efficiency. She has a passion for providing patients with the best experience possible. Ashley attended Dallas Baptist University.
Senior Director of Imaging
Steve has been an integral part of the growth and expansion of Monticello Health Services for over a decade. With fifteen years of experience in healthcare, Steve provides strong leadership in the diagnostic imaging arena. Having enjoyed a successful career in sales prior to entering the healthcare field, he maintains a passion for the sales and marketing segments of our business. Steve is a graduate of the University of North Texas.
Michelle Greene, RN, BSN
Senior Director of Pain Management
For over two decades, Michelle has served as a RN in various healthcare roles. The last ten years of her career have been specifically dedicated to the planning, development, and successful operations of pain management procedure centers. Her passion is ensuring a quality patient experience with positive outcomes. Michelle graduated with her BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Brooke Montoya, PHR
Director of Human Resources
Brooke Montoya has over ten years of experience in Human Resources Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in HR from Tarleton State University, and she also holds her PHR certification. Prior to joining the Monticello team, she was the HR Director for Lake Granbury Medical Center. Brooke has also served on the United Way Board and recently joined the Mission Granbury Board. She passionately maintains her training in leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion and enjoys mentoring high school students on job searching skills.
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Bret consistently works to make certain that the company is effectively communicating with our community partners, from doctors to patients, to offer a best-in-class experience. He has eleven years of experience in healthcare sales and management, serving as a marketing manager for a large pediatric therapy company, as well as a successful career in home health, pharmaceuticals, and DME sales. Bret is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
